Big Bird Foods Limited (PSX: BBFL) has entered into a strategic agreement with Alibaba Group, the world’s leading e-commerce and technology giant, to expand its international footprint through Alibaba’s B2B e-commerce platforms.

In a filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Tuesday, BBFL announced that the partnership will enable the company to export its poultry and processed food products directly to verified buyers in over 190 countries and regions via platforms such as Alibaba.com.

BBFL hailed the agreement as a significant milestone in its global expansion strategy, granting the company access to the rapidly growing international poultry meat market, which is valued at more than $350 billion annually.

Through this collaboration, BBFL will leverage Alibaba’s extensive international buyer network, participate in online trade fairs, benefit from enhanced logistics support for cross-border transactions, and gain access to valuable market intelligence and trend analytics.
