Punjab Information Minister Azma Bokhari has strongly condemned recent attacks on international food chains, labeling them as acts of terrorism. She issued a stern warning to all groups, emphasizing that no one will be allowed to exploit the Gaza issue to carry out violent activities.

“Any individual or group attempting to force businesses to shut down will not be forgiven,” Bokhari said on Sunday. She said Pakistanis own these food chains and provide vital employment opportunities to Pakistani citizens.

Highlighting the human impact of these attacks, Bokhari revealed that approximately 25,000 Pakistanis are employed by international food chains across the country. She stressed that it is Pakistani workers who bear the brunt of such violent acts, urging for the protection of these businesses and their employees.
