The price of gold in Pakistan saw an increase of Rs. 1,300 per tola on Tuesday, according to data released by the Karachi Sarafa Association. The price of 24-carat gold rose to Rs. 261,700 per tola, while the price for 10 grams increased by Rs. 1,114, reaching Rs. 224,365.
This rise follows a decrease in the local market on the previous day, when the price of gold fell by Rs. 1,100 per tola, bringing it down to Rs. 260,400.
In the international market, spot gold experienced a slight decline of 0.1 percent, trading at $2,501.66 per ounce. Meanwhile, US gold futures remained unchanged at $2,530.60.
