Gold prices declined sharply in Pakistan on Saturday, with the price of one tola falling by Rs. 4,300 as international gold prices also moved lower.
According to rates issued by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold fell to Rs. 436,336 per tola.
The price of 10-gram gold also decreased by Rs. 3,687 to Rs. 374,087.
Gold had closed at Rs. 440,636 per tola on Friday after gaining Rs. 2,000 during the day.
The decline in Pakistan came as international gold prices fell by $43 to $4,138 per ounce.
Silver prices also moved lower, declining by Rs. 56 to Rs. 6,522 per tola.
