Zuma Resources Limited (PSX: ZUMA) is expanding into the UK SIM and digital connectivity market after setting up a wholly owned company in London.

The company told the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Monday that it has incorporated Zuma Global Ltd as its 100 percent-owned UK subsidiary to grow its technology and connectivity business internationally.

Zuma Global Ltd was incorporated on September 18, 2026, as a private company limited by shares under the UK Companies Act 2006. Its registered office is in London, with its business activities covering information technology consultancy, IT services and telecommunications.

The subsidiary has 100 ordinary shares with a total nominal value of £100. All shares are owned by Zuma Resources. Sohaib Anwar has been appointed as its director.

Zuma said it has also started discussions with the Office of Communications (Ofcom), the UK communications regulator, as it works toward entering the market with digital and physical SIM services through its sim.market platform.

The company plans to offer eSIMs, physical SIMs and other connectivity services through its technology platforms.

Zuma said it is also working to ensure its operations, customer processes and digital platforms meet applicable UK regulatory and consumer requirements.

The company expects the UK to become an important market and base for its international expansion. It plans to gradually launch and market its SIM and digital connectivity services in the country, subject to regulatory, commercial and technical requirements.
