The rupee strengthened by 3.04 paisas against the US dollar during the session, continuing its steady appreciation trend that began on December 25, 2025.
PKR Performance Against Major Currencies
The rupee remained virtually unchanged against the UAE dirham, while it gained 1 paisa against the Saudi Riyal.
Against other major currencies, the PKR strengthened by 90.99 paisas against the Euro and 9.66 paisas against the British Pound.
The rupee also gained 66.01 paisas against the Australian dollar and 8.62 paisas against the Canadian dollar.
Meanwhile, the PKR appreciated by 7.38 paisas against the Malaysian Ringgit and 1.37 paisas against the Chinese Yuan.
