LPG consumers in Pakistan will face higher costs in June 2026 after the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) revised prices upward for both domestic cylinders and per-kilogram sales.
According to the latest notification, the LPG consumer price has been set at Rs. 308.76 per kg, marking an increase of Rs. 4.95 per kg compared to the previous month.
Following the revision, the price of an 11.8-kg domestic cylinder has reached Rs. 3,643.41 for June 2026. The new rates came into effect from June 1 under OGRA’s monthly pricing adjustment mechanism.
The regulator stated that the notified consumer price reflects a ceiling level determined after accounting for producer costs, petroleum levy, marketing and distribution margins, transportation charges, and applicable sales tax.
OGRA further clarified that while these rates represent the maximum allowable prices across the supply chain, producers, marketers, and distributors are permitted to sell LPG below the official cap.
