Gold prices in Pakistan experienced a modest decline today, mirroring movements in the international market.

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of one tola of gold fell by Rs3,000, settling at Rs488,462, while 10 grams dropped Rs2,572 to Rs418,777.

On Monday, gold had risen by Rs1,100 per tola to Rs491,462, reflecting short-term market fluctuations.

Internationally, gold prices also declined, losing $30 to reach $4,657 per ounce, with an added $20 premium. Meanwhile, silver prices in Pakistan remained steady at Rs7,744 per tola.

The trend highlights continued sensitivity of local gold rates to global commodity movements, particularly amid recent volatility in international precious metals markets.
