The United States has suffered significant air losses amid ongoing tensions with Iran, according to a report by Bloomberg.

The report reveals that a total of 16 US aircraft have been destroyed so far, including 10 Reaper drones. It also states that six additional warplanes have sustained serious damage during the course of operations.

In one of the more notable incidents, three US warplanes were reportedly destroyed in Kuwaiti airspace, with initial assessments suggesting the possibility of friendly fire, though no official confirmation has been made.

Separately, a KC-135 refueling aircraft crashed during a flight, resulting in the deaths of all six crew members on board.
