Azerbaijan has opened applications for scholarships for Pakistani students under the Heydar Aliyev International Educational Grant Program for 2026–27, providing opportunities to pursue higher education in the country.
According to the Higher Education Commission (HEC), the program is available for students seeking admission to Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs at various universities in Azerbaijan.
Scholarship Benefits
Students selected under the program will receive a comprehensive financial package, which includes:
- Full coverage of tuition fees
- One international airfare ticket each year
- A monthly stipend of 800 AZN to cover accommodation, food, and utility expenses
- Medical insurance worth 200 AZN
- Coverage of visa and university registration fees
Application Deadline
Interested Pakistani applicants must submit their applications through the HEC scholarship portal by March 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
